الوصف الوظيفي:
يقوم حارس الأمن بمراقبة وحماية ممتلكات المؤسسة وضمان سلامة المنشأة، بالإضافة إلى الحفاظ على النظام والانضباط داخل مواقع العمل.
المهام الرئيسية:
- مراقبة بوابات الدخول والخروج وإصدار التصاريح للموظفين والزوار والموردين.
- التحقق من هوية الزوار وتسجيلها بدقة.
- القيام بدوريات منتظمة للتأكد من سلامة المنشأة والممتلكات.
- متابعة الزوار والموظفين لضمان النظام والانضباط.
- الاستجابة للإشعارات الطارئة والتحقيق في الحوادث عند وقوعها.
- الاتصال بالجهات المختصة (الشرطة، الدفاع المدني، الإسعاف) عند الحاجة وإبلاغ الإدارة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المتطلبات:
- الالتزام والانضباط وروح الفريق.
- المرونة للعمل بنظام صباحي ومسائي.

Job Description:
The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the company’s property, ensuring the safety of the facility, and maintaining order and discipline within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit gates, and issue permits for employees, visitors, and suppliers.
- Verify and accurately record visitor identities.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the facility and property.
- Monitor employees and visitors to maintain order and discipline.
- Respond to alarms and investigate incidents immediately.
- Contact relevant authorities (police, civil defense, ambulance) when necessary and inform management.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- Commitment, discipline, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts.
- Ability to handle work pressure and work in a safe, organized environment.
