المهام الوظيفية
- تنظيم حركة دخول وخروج المواد والبضائع داخل المستودعات.
- متابعة مواقع التخزين والتأكد من مطابقة الكميات.
- إعداد وحفظ السجلات الدقيقة للمواد المستلمة والمصروفة.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والإدارات المختلفة لتسهيل عمليات التسليم والاستلام.
- إعداد تقارير دورية توضح الكميات المتوفرة والناقصة ورفعها للإدارة.
المتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.
- القدرة على التعلم والتطوير الذاتي.
- إجادة التعامل مع السجلات الورقية والإلكترونية.
- معرفة بطرق التخزين السليم والمحافظة على البضائع.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات والعمل بروح الفريق.
- يُفضل وجود خبرة عملية سابقة في المستودعات.

Warehouse Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Organize the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Monitor storage locations and ensure accuracy of quantities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of received and issued items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate deliveries and avoid shortages or errors.
- Prepare regular inventory reports showing available and missing items for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High School Certificate.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to manage paper and electronic records accurately.
- Good knowledge of proper storage methods and product safety.
- Commitment to policies and teamwork.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
