🔹 الوظائف المتاحة:
- موظف صندوق (كاشير)
- استقبال العملاء وإنهاء عمليات البيع.
- استلام المدفوعات النقدية والإلكترونية والتأكد من دقة العمليات.
- تقديم تجربة خدمة راقية للعميل.
- بائع / بائعة قسم
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات المناسبة.
- شرح مميزات المنتجات وتقديم توصيات فعّالة.
- المساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
- فني صيانة هواتف ذكية وحاسب آلي
- تشخيص الأعطال الفنية في الهواتف وأجهزة الحاسب.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح وفق أعلى المعايير.
- تقديم استشارات تقنية للعملاء حول الاستخدام السليم للأجهزة.
🔹 المؤهلات والخبرات:
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها، مع أولوية لحملة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة في نفس المجال.
- يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو الصيانة التقنية.

- قدرة عالية على التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة مهارات البيع والإقناع.
- معرفة جيدة بالمنتجات والأجهزة الحديثة.
- المرونة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
